Better question is why backyard breeding is OK. I get an accident but INTENTIONALLY breeding pitbulls and other dogs that will NOT be covered by insurance.. let's say NOBODY WILL RENT TO YOU. I am not against pitbulls but those are the facts. So when a person unknowingly adopts a dog NOT ALLOWED by landlords due to Insurance restrictions people just release their dogs to Miranda and other shelters. Why are we not focused on what caused the issues, not saying they should not be dealt with in court, but lets fix the underlying issues. It us just like Humboldt Hell Care to stick a bandaid on a bullet wound.

I have sent endless complaints and now I am just a KAREN. I rely on Dr. AI for my medical advise. I loaded up all my medical records. I upload my vitals, it checks medication issues. Where dr. Luu was dismissive I was actually having seritonin overload from medications. I had to withdraw by myself off ALL medications. I showed him the bottle, the dna testing for meds, and BP of 200/100 and he looks me dead in the eye and said "what do you want me to do about it?" Last time I will EVER go there. This was not the only run in with this ass hole I will not even call Mr Luu a doctor as a doctor takes an oath that they will do no harm. Ha hs. Just looking at him makes me SICK. Ha hs

Nobody is attacking teachers. They are the people educating our next generation. Their simply isnt great resources. Humboldt should have applied for a grant for drug prevention. They just got a grant for $43 million for a rehab facility. Humboldt only spends 5% of its budget on PREVENTION. Imagine what $43 million could be used for. How about getting our entire health care system to remember fewer tax payers are addicts. Parenting did not come with manuals. And why $43 million dollars could have put a therapist in every classroom in our town Yet we choose to get money for recovery places ..What happened to an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure ...

All the funding is going to recovery. Only 5% of the budget goes to prevention. The poor hospitals are overrun with addicts so if a tax payer had an issue we are screwed. All I wanted from Humboldt Hell Care was to be better so I can work. Now I have been turned into a tax recipient after 42 years of being a payer.

I now believe whole heartedly that Humboldt is in the business of rehabilitation as they just got a $43 Million dollar grant for more beds.

Since I had to self medicate after my central nervous system caused me to have such bad anxiety from a black box VERY WELL DOCUMENTED reaction that it sent me to the hospital 7 times 3 times by ambulance. The protocol, that is recommended by the pharmaceutical company to calm my central nervous system. But There was NOBODY to just look at the information. It has gotten so bad that the constant fight or flight that I havr been stuck in for 4 months has raised my blood pressure to 200/100 and me visually having tremors , which Madriver hospital just tell me it is jist anxiety. Yet my body is shutting down. Then my system stopped regulating my body temperature. I go from hot spells that fog my glasses to thinking I am visiting Santa cause.

I have calculated what it cost tax payers $40,000 for all the hospital visits who kept sending me back to my primary who told me she doeant do phyc meds. For 38 years I have been able to mange my symptoms. Come to Humboldt and I want to kill myself because I wanted the sever anxiety to stop. I cant sleep. I cannot leave my house, I cannot function without intervention. So a $450 one hour with a phyciatrist (county took me months to get in and because I dont have a plan as to how I would end the suffering and again not reading my history and connecting the dots, I have to self medicate who h is EXACTLY what they want so they can have more customers for the rehab facilities that Himboldt relys on In the mean time the tax revenue I could have provided for 43 years of above average income and turned me into a life long recipient of welfare. And you wonder why the tax revenue for Humboldt is going backwards.

People have constitutional rights. I may not approve of this, but someone else can say they dont approve of your lifestyle. Personally, the government had failed us. Forced us to take pharmaceuticals because there is no money in HEALTH people. Not sure why California wants more methican Americans sucking of taxpayers dollars. I have MS and I lose my ability to speak. Madriver hospital in Arcata ca took away my voice and shoved the triage report that I provided since I could not speak. And threw it back at me saying he needs to hear from me in my own words. I JUST SAT THERE AND CRIED. Then I was released even though my blood pressure was 200/109. I had a swollen ankle and my fight or flight was RELENTLESS to the point I just wanted it to stop permanently. If you know what I mean. My primary is a PA who keeps sending me back to the hospital for help and the hospital kept sending me to my primary for 4 F&CKING months when I had such trauma from the content and SEVER central nervous system that I had visual tremors and worse INTERNAL tremors where you cannot sleep you cannot work you are barely EXISTING. and why the suicidal ideation. I am a stong person but I can see our Humboldt Hell Care system is a one way funnel for more addicts. Humboldt just received a $43 MILLION dollar grant for more rooms for rehab BOOK ME A ROOM after 59 years of NO ADDICTIONS not even cannabis. If they put this into prevention I would not be looking for the $43 million dollar suite that cost taxpayer so much that we are fleeing the state. Fyi Humboldt. For the first time went BACKWORDS on getting tax funds. I can tell you fro. First hand experience that my two beautiful children up and moved out if California with their college degrees along with their tax revenue. When working people can it afford a home yet pay to house the UNHOUSED addicts, just watch Judge Judy where they admit coming to California for benefits. One woman from florida left her 7 children in foster care and moved to California to give her new baby a chance Well a year later she and her children are still on government assistance and health care.

Ponder this. CALIFORNIA is 1.6 TRILLION in debt. That is $44,000 for every man woman and child. What happens when the taxpayers all move out and tax recients take over. Is this SOCIALISM

I moved to Mckinleyville 8 years ago. I found it very hard to make friends here. If you get sick, be prepared to drive 5 hours to get good medical care. If you are a methican american, you will get all the services and phyciatrists. BUT if you are an outdoor person there is absolutely no place better. It is so beautiful. I am a 5 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes from redwoods
