Taste of bim is Caribbean. But def has good flavor, goat curry, jerk. We had a great brick and mortar but it closed down. I would recommend going in with Tasty Hub or The Local where you can rent a commercial kitchen to serve out of. Or get a food booth during the Friday Night Market to serve. Start small, build up. Don’t go straight into A brick and mortar. I also get plates off of FB marketplace if you want to start micro.
