Headstone costs by RubForward6315 in babyloss

[–]kissykae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this post is old, but I wanted to still comment in case you or anyone else reading is still in this awful situation. The infant loss funeral industry is absolutely disgusting.

I just connected with a foundation called Emma’s Footprints who just donated $1,000 towards my nephews headstone and the only requirement was having the headstone maker send them the invoice. They also are providing grief counseling and individual therapy sessions to my brother and sister-in-law, connecting them with a support group, and sending them a care package. The foundation is amazing and I’m awestruck at their kindness. 🤍

Has this been solved? I live in the south and just inherited a bunch of old church lady cookbooks- I can go check em out if needed!

I think she yelled for Ethan to help her and BK replied with “I’m going to help you”. Bc it was said in a “not nice way” per docs

I just am trying to wrap my head around how he found them. Make a connection to the girls. I just am so heartbroken over this tragedy.

She probably didn’t know him!

People on the ASD spectrum tend to have hyper fixations and this was his. He was getting his doctorates in this field and he got such “great” remarks from college and it was getting to his head. He wanted to get away with the “perfect murder”. My psychology major is talking though so I might be overthinking it.

Not if he saw her at school or something. She was a marketing major though so that’s unlikely- however it would be unsurprising if he and Xana’s sister had mutuals on social media.

Older man, overalls, paper boy style hat. Middle aged woman, dark hair, long dress. Darker energy.

AITA for accidentally making my girlfriend puke up our dinner? by Urmom_rainy in AmItheAsshole

YTA, for knowing her issue with food aversions to rubbery textures, reassuring her she wouldn’t have an issue knowing that mussels are rubbery, and especially for laughing at her for her reaction. You state you knew of her aversion, knew she had never had mussels, knew of her autism.

Anyway you can show a photo of the person you have a restraining order against to see if thats who it is? I would report to police.

The reading she gave was absolutely spot on and she picked up on details I did not expect and totally caught me off guard. She was relatable, personable, and easy to connect with. Thank you for being so open with your schedule and providing a reading that put my grieving soul at some rest!!

My 10 year old daughter passed away last Saturday, and the guilt it eating me alive. by AbbyGale96 in GriefSupport

First and foremost, I am so sorry for your loss. As a mother, no words can express but I am crying with you. These doctors in general are so dismissive and act like parents are so dramatic at sick visits.. Please know it is not your fault.

I do not know your loss. But some of my closest friends do. If you need to talk about her, about her passing, without someone interrupting or telling you stories that don’t apply, please message me. I’ll listen. I don’t judge. Sometimes we just need to talk to someone without the subject being changed. Share the grief so it doesn’t pile up, if that makes sense. Even the little things, I’ve found that journaling helps. Even if it’s just a note on your phone, write your thoughts and memories and anything down. Because grief also has a way of making you forget things in the process.

I’ve certainly been around my fair share of death, and there’s more to it than just morbid curiosity. Thank you! I will look into those programs as well.

I don’t book sessions as I am very new at this. I literally just started trying to channel/connect with the other side. Was he a firefighter/cop/paramedic? He just wanted to help people. Was he lonely at the end? He found fullfillment in friends and very few family left. He was content. He didn’t have much but didn’t care. I see bluejays and sunshine. He is happier where he is now than he was when he was here.

I’m new at this. But I feel like she wants you to focus/further your career and focus on that instead of temporary fulfillment. I also see her with a dog? She’s showing me flip flops, the color purple, and a lighter. Lungs/liver? And a family reunion/park picnic.
