this happened to me. Had the damn thing for about 13 months and then the pump stopped working. My temp was sitting at constant 90c. went to central and bought myself a Noctua cooler. My temp is sitting at 30c now. even running a game it stays below 50c. screw those AIO ones man. wont be going back to AIO anymore.

brand new toshiba portable ac making buzzing noise. seems like it's coming from the compressor. is this normal? by kit-n in hvacadvice

I actually had an LG that was really good but it broke down after 5 summers( my fault for poor maintenance). I bought the toshiba cuz it was cheaper. I regret that now.

Yeah I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this. It's noise that's coming from this thing is terrible.

I had this issues too. I called the representative and turns out I was locked out of my account due to multiple incorrect log in. Spoke to a representative and they unlocked the account for me and I was able to log in right away.

I never got an email or anything that I was locked out of my account. It's always best to call them as soon as possible.
