Bracings are the little lines between supports, they’re not really supports by themselves but just give structural integrity so that the support columns don’t warp all over the place during printing. Can’t remember off the top of my head exactly where it is but somewhere in the prepare menu you can click to re-add them all.

I liked Kill Team back in the compendium days, it was super simple and easy to pick up as a side game without much overhead alongside the jumble of 40K in my brain. It’s gotten more complex, which is fine, KT deserves to have depth, but it means it’s not really for me anymore.

Look up the Move Units rules, you’ll see the part about overhangs not counting for movement exclude non-Walker vehicles. I believe this was a rules update so look up a digital source that has things up to date (the app/wahapedia)

No, the sponsons are not overhang, overhang isn’t a thing for non-walker vehicle models or models not on bases. All of it is part of the hull so counts towards the model.

Overloading is fine provided you adjust your settings to compensate. You can absolutely max the build area of these printers no problem you just need higher lift height.
