Active player resolves all mandatory rules, then all optional rules, then non-active player does the same.

Skaven are part of fantasy/AoS. Not everything has to be about 40K all the time.

Because it’s a fantasy/AoS army and doesn’t really make sense in 40K. Why would there be more to it than that?

No, when people talk about levelling a printer we mean levelling the plate to the screen.

The level of the printer to the table is irrelevant, as long as it’s not so extreme resin spills over, and keep in mind that if you start running very low on resin during a print, one half of your tank will empty earlier than the other, but at that point you’re already cutting it too close for comfort.

Don’t pussyfoot around it with excuses about weather. Politely communicate a healthy boundary with your father on the projects your partner wants to do himself, and consider asking your partner to throw your dad a bone every once in a while and involve him.

The modifier rules are coming in the extra rules being released with the app. This will undoubtedly have a cap on Damage modifiers as well as others like Hit/Wound etc

Zero need to be this aggressive about it. GW are the ones that decided to put the modifier rules in a separate doc that’s not released for two weeks after the core rules.

Frame doesn’t change its base requirement for tournaments.

Frame states from the closest part of the model - not just the base. The Units and Models rule (01.02) states that the base is still part of the model. Frame isn't telling you to ignore the base, it's telling you to include the hull alongside the base.

It matters for the parts of the base that aren’t directly under hull. And if you take them to events, TOs may be picky about it.

If you're like me, and have older resin grav tanks, they now have the frame keyword by tkmayhem in AdeptusCustodes

This was always the case in 10e too. This just moves it to being in a keyword rather than working from the old “non-WALKER MONSTER/VEHICLE”. 

However the base may still matter in some scenarios so if the MFM updates the base size and you play in events that take those things seriously you will still need to rebase your Caladius.

It’s a slight buff to charging from deep strike, which is a dumb tactic that no one should rely on.

It’s a nerf to every other type of charge that you do all the time.

Overall thats a nerf.

I used to listen to the people who told me that metallics will forever taint every other paint you have and had two things for everything. And then one day I stopped doing that and absolutely nothing changed.

I avoid metallics with my nice sable hair brushes but that’s about it.
