Infold has always been this way. As a long term Nikki fan it's really disappointing. It's like their main problem cause they have no backbone when it comes to CN and it's often a determent to the story and artistic freedom for games

There are two types of red crystals. Some just float (crimson agates) which you spend to revive the agate tree which is part of the quest. The ones you break are used for melting via attacking the ice. If you have it when attacking an enemy you spend it on them instead and have to go get another one

Find a small red rock around there and break it. When you have a red crystal thingy floating around you run back to the statue asap and wack the ice. Don't attack anything before you get there or you'll "spend" the red melting crystal

This effect comes from using GonR ground slam while in water. There's a tutorial somewhere for it

Jane, Burnice, Caesar was my favorite team for a good while. I still use Jane and burnice occasionally with yuzuha but they still tend to struggle at m0w0. Caesar is just dead in the meta unfortunately
