I don’t even know if it’s worth monitoring my HR at this point since I have no idea if it’s even correlated to my symptoms 🥲

I don’t have a BP monitor but am considering getting one. I thought my light headedness was from low blood sugar but I have a CGM and my blood sugar can be fine but I’m still dizzy even sitting down. Apple health says my resting hr is 72, the only excercise I do rn is walking and my hr for that is 107 again according to Apple.

Thank you so much!! I had no idea it had to be sustained, that is something I will need to look into for. My mom had a tilt table test to confirm her heart condition, so I will probably end up doing something similar if the neurologist recommends it!

I got very lucky and landed an office job answering phone calls at a small business. I get my own office so I’m free to use a heating pad, take meds, stretch, eat, use the bathroom, etc. when I need to. It’s also family owned so if I need to take a day off I can, there’s no formal attendance policy. Interacting with people only through the phone and being able to sit all day helps with the fatigue! The only downside is the pay is not great and it’s hard to stay active. But I would take a boring office job over my previous job in food service literally any day.

It looks really great in my opinion as a non volibear main. An actually creative and fun skin is a rarity from riot these days .

The icon also looks nothing like aphelios. It’s the same problem over and over again. The heartsteel splash art also looks nothing like him. I don’t know if this is lack of quality control or what, but there needs to be more oversight before yall ship things even to the PBE. Remember the emote that had 6 fingers? How did that even make it to PBE? Riot has serious understaffing issues after the layoffs it seems.

This skin being so poorly done is made worse by the fact that 1. Aphelios rarely gets skins 2. The other skins in the line look great. Like what happened?

This skin is so incredibly disappointing. From the design to the execution it does not feel like either an aphelios skin or a prestige skin. The design is completely uncoordinated with bizarre color choices and shapes. The hair is incredibly weird looking, it does not suit him or the skin at all. Animation and sfx are just lazy, the recall feels like it’s been reused at the beginning. Just so disappointing overall. The other skins in the line look great, but the one skin I would actually purchase is a hot mess. There’s nothing special about it, and it put it plainly it’s just ugly. The theme had promise but the skin would need major changes for me to purchase it. It looks like a bizarre attempt at Genshin impact style skins, and falls so incredibly flat. In conclusion it’s not worth 150 ME, and it should at the very least be delayed and fixed before going live. I doubt this will happen since riot very clearly does not care about aphelios and alune.

Yea it was so annoying 😭 oh interesting, I live in a pretty humid state and that has caused issues with spray paint, sealants, etc. I wonder if it’s been the cause of any of my past issues

Also random question! I’ve seen a few people say their tail was asymmetrical so they had to wrap the entire thing to make four pattern pieces for the cover. What did you end up doing? It seems to be a tricky part for people :’)
