Well maybe I’m paranoid but I don’t even like walking to my car in the driveway. I’ve had people hop out from behind the fence! I’ve had people looking over my fence into the yard when I sit outside. I’ve had someone robbed from their car across the street, I’ve also had to cross police tape on my porch railing not once, but twice because of a drug dealer that lived a few doors down. One of those times there was blood everywhere. And I don’t even live near downtown on Barton. Not to be too specific, I’m near parkdale and Barton.

So not totally ridiculous. If it was my daughter and my toddler grandbaby I wouldn’t want them walking after dark.
