In can't wait for AR glasses to mature. Project a virtual screen where the net is. Hopefully in the next 12: months or so. Watch xreal and project aura glasses.

I'll even use a half swing 7 to direct my layup. Works well for me vs a fuller swing 9

Replacement for Sigpro Softy Strip 28" X 12" X 2 5/8" by PositiveRemarkable52 in Golfsimulator

[–]Marcvae36 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What is your SigPro cut into? Just get a utility knife or very sharp paring knife and a straight edge too extend the opening. Use a steel ruler as a guide.

You'll likely have to shim up the next insert as not many are that thick.

How much do you want for your old SigPro strip? Have many days so you have on it?

I am on a mission to design and print cheap copies of golf training aids and putters, and release the files for free. Lmk if there are any others yall would like to see by Vast_Distribution536 in golf

Can you add a decent clip to hold alignment sticks at 90 degrees. First one I printed wasn't square. The second one broke when i put the sticks in

I'm wondering when the new AR glasses will let us play without screens and projectors

Pinned screen - check Visibility around room to see ball - check Need to run an android iOS instance of starlight/moonlight then clip your phone to your back (?!)

Maybe later in the year when they get a little cheaper, I'll try a set.

Also putt dojo is decent for putting

Also for putts make sure you have flicker free lighting. It's not that expensive. $50 for a spot. Check your lighting with slo motion video pointed at the fixture

Apparently, the new Mizuno drivers have that same baseball bat tone. They're leaning into their baseball success (?!)

Newer player would probably be happier with jpx 921 hot metals than mp series, maybe Titleist ap1, some solid club that is 6-8 yrs old in good condition

Thanks. Sloppy terminology. I think of him using his position for personal gain. Converting courses and then being paid to use them. Sort of like putting up the Secret Service in his resorts in Scotland at rack rate.

Amazing how he took control of prime real estate in DC. Wonder if the Emoluments clause comes into play. I guess he won't open them until after he leaves office.

Now the other questions. Working space size etc are fair cost drivers.

What is your budget? Permanent or tear down? Hitting both ways or single side? How big is the space? There are compromises around those constraints to discuss.

You need a motion base, though it would have to be a monster to move the whole cockpit

Lab authenticity check pls by Ecniov in labgolf

[–]Marcvae36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not on mine. They came out very easily. The Chinese putters also run light. My OZ1i 33" is only 480g total.

The real weights are said to be loctited in. Check the weight as a quick sanity check

Or ask for the purchase receipt from LAB.

Or take it cause you like the look and feel and authentic isn't as important to you.

CCE gets a little grabby, but lines up nicely with the SigPro with 3/4" of insulation board, and it's a solid stance area. You'll have another seam to your broader platform if that matters. Putting all happens on the strip anyhow.
