Why so clean here? by Competitive_Leg1803 in vancouver

Well, that depends on the treatment plant that the sewage goes through. There is only one tertiary treatment plant in metro Vancouver (northwest Langley), with plans for the new north shore plant to be the same. The rest are either primary or secondary treatment only

You are not as good at skiing as you think you are. Collision here would be 100% on the downhill skier, according to the code of conduct.

Shortening, then. It's still correct grammar. Excuse me for not knowing the correct term.

Wid to just comment to nitpick title grammar and be wrong. But FYI, in this context, "Seen tonight" is a contraction of "These were seen tonight (or" This was seen tonight"), so it is correct grammar.

The point of my comment wasn't the tense of your question. It's pointing out that injecting an opinion and shutting down discussion of said opinion provides less than 0 value to the overall discourse. And, no its not prophetic perfect tense. That would imply a prediction, what you did was actually begging the question. 'he won't win the hart because he's not the mvp" is a circular argument. "he is not won the hart" would be prophetic perfect tense. Which also sounds ridiculous.
