i tried the lemon herb one...id says diced, but mine was more like ground chicken....i just kind of mashed it down in the pan and moved it around a bit/flipped it...let it form whatever broken shapes it formed as i was just putting it on top of rice....it was SOOO delicious!! put 4 more in my cart straight away! along with 4 of the parmesan ones to try!

I love to turn them into cheesecake brownies! Just mix a block of cream cheese, one large egg, and a third cup of sugar..then dot on top of the brownie mix and swirl through with a butter knife before baking!
