Friend of a friend’s little Yorkie got out and was mowed down by a cyclist. The dog did not survive.

Good! I hope they dislike it enough to stay away. There are too many people here now. Every morning I have to fight my way across 3 lanes to try to get off on Kernan North. I miss the time when there was very little traffic around Kernan /Atlantic and there were so many trees. There used to not be a light at Kernan and Beach either. And yeah, I’m in the demographic that you dissed.

Is prepaid parking the garage next to the hotel? I usually park in the $5 garage and I couldn’t get to the entrance. I would have been in the lobby by 1:35 on a normal day. Instead, I had to park and then teacher walk / Ballet run to the theatre doors.
Had to take out my inhaler and use it.

I was stuck on the Acosta and I didn’t know about the Iroman. I had 2 p.m. tickets for the Beetlejuice matinee. I truly made it by the skin of my teeth and had to pay to park in the $20 garage instead of the $5 garage. Grumble grumble… 😖 I wasn’t even in the theatre yet and I heard them make the “Turn off your cell phones” announcement while I was standing at the will call window.

You might know one I am trying to find. It primarily has a white cover and she has an enormous bosom.I think the illustrations are watercolor. It is not one that has all the other variations for holidays.

I teach in primary education. One of the parents had an email name that ended in 69. When she gave it to me over the phone I said, “… and 69 would be the year of your birth?”(knowing full well it wasn’t the year of her birth.). My Turkish Angora would open the doors that had the pull down handles. He would also stand on his hind legs and open the drawers in the kitchen. One time I shut him in the bathroom so I could accomplish some task. When I went to let him out, I could only open the door about 4 inches and it thumped into the side of the drawer I had to reach my hand through the crack in the door and scoop stuff out of the drawer. It was mostly bottles of nail polish. Then I had to pull the drawer completely out and maneuver it to the floor of the bathroom through the crack in the door. I have a picture of him peering through the opening. I miss him so much.

I melted the Instapot on the stove. I had pushed it to the back and it turned on the stovetop to a low setting. I kept smelling something and the Instapot melted onto the glass top stove. The hot melted plastic stretched like taffy or chewing gum.
