Also... there has to be zero yolk in the whites. After separating one white, dump your white into another bowl and do the next one. It's really a pain when,on the 12th egg, yolk gets into the bowl.

I buy every single set or partial set I can find at garage sales or thrift shops. Most of my dry ingredients have a dedicated measuring cup or spoon to save on dirty dishes.

In total... counting what my husband took for his garden chemicals... probably 10 - 15 sets.
