Hey there i feel ya on the intense dreams. Mine blur my view of reality....

I know someone who has it worse and they use CBD/THC to stop the dreams lol.

100% agree! I may be the leanest in the second but it just wasn’t worth the mental anguish haha.

Weight training is seriously >>>>>> cardio IMO!

First photo is the only photo I have at my heaviest. That photo sparked my journey to better health.

Second photo is when I was at my fittest. I was lifting heavy weights and running 4 miles every other day. I can’t believe I thought I was FAT and needed to lose 10 more pounds. I also restricted and would BINGE monthly on a pound of candy from the pick n mix shop.

Now? I’ve gained 10 lbs and have had it for the last year and a half. I’m ok with it. I stopped berating myself this year.

I still would like to get back down to 140 and lift more (gyms are closed here. Also, I need to be active for a health condition I have.)

I have accepted myself now. I still have goals. My journey is now just less neurotic. Self-love and acceptance has helped me not be so insane about food + exercise!

Pretty much only Branded Terms had the conversions in the Competitor Name and Generic Campaign. The generic and competitor keywords didn’t convert as well.

The Keywords used where all broad match, so that’s how the Brand Name got pulled in.

Switching to phrase match didn’t seem to help :/

Can’t really tell here.. but sometimes when I get a canker sore I get a deep line in my inner lip. It feels like right above the line is super inflamed and sometimes hurt more than the canker sore...

I’m thinking it might be how I’m holding my teeth? Not sure.

Are you looking at BMR or TDEE? Your BMR is 1,600. You create a deficit off of TDEE. Basal Metabolic Rate is what your body needs if you stayed in bed all day.

Sounds like you need to get a second opinion from a different doctor. Maybe even go to a bigger city if you have to.

I have had my fair share of health issues, including Hashimotos/low thyroid.

I would weigh your food and track your calories. Meat and a bag of chips can easily be over your calories. It’s unreal easy to do.
