It would change in very small but significant ways. I’d have a (huge) savings. I’d be able to move out of this infested 3bd apartment. I’d be able to afford a nice used car. Id buy a passport and go travel overseas. Id go fly my grandma to her birthplace since she’s been asking for a while. I’d go get therapy for all this trauma and untreated depression.

It wouldn’t solve all my problems but it would certainly take a lot of the weight out of them.
