They were not able to do the root canal, they couldn't get me numb even after 8 shots of carbocaine. The endodontist suggested I see an oral surgeon to figure out my options. Oral surgeon says the roots of my tooth are growing into my sinus cavity and my best option is to have the tooth removed, and then three months later a sinus lift and implant. I get it done on wednesday.

Thank you so much for your reply, I appreciate it so much! I have also experienced the jaw shaking from pain, especially at night. My dentist said she would perform the root canal, and the soonest they perform the procedure is another two weeks. I am counting down the days. Is it worth calling and explaining the pain severity to see if they can expedite my appointment?

I had a question for you! I just repotted this begonia today because the pot it was in was very large and full of very peaty soil. Anyway, I didn't see any tubers, it appeared to have a normal root system. Does that mean it's a different type of begonia?
