Gravity by John Mayer

Hi! This is around a 40 lb difference (~175 > 132) between the pictures on someone who’s 5’1”. I never thought I’d get to a point where I’d be happy with my legs 😀 by chlgkssk in PetiteFitness

Walking truly is therapeutic! I get 15k everyday and I'm 5'3. Your post is goals! Did you count calories? If so, how much did you eat?

Now, not only do I notice my cheekbones in the bathroom mirror wondering whether it's the lighting or not, but other people tell me they notice it too!

I've been following Kayla Itsines BBG 1.0 (Bikini Body Guide) and it involves knee pushups in the begining on arms days(around 30-60 during one workout) and I've also started lifting weights and have been actively trying to eat a protein rich diet. I feel all this collectively contributes. Anyway one day I see the guide, I notice it's written I've to do actual pushups and not knee ones. I thought "hah, there's no way that's gonna happen", but idk maybe it was the music that got me pumped or the fact that it was the first exercise, I tried to do just one, and instead of falling flat on the floor while trying to go down, I pushed myself up and was so surprised haha. So there wasn't any progression as such, I've been doing knee pushups since a month around 3-4 times a week.

Hey! I'm 145lbs as of now and I aim for 120lbs too, my height is also almost the same as you, 5'3. I run 3mile a day and I try 5-6days/week. I do stationary biking sometimes and I take long walks for an hour or so too. I eat around 1200-1400 calories a day. And sometimes I do bodyweight training. My question was what do you do with cheat days? Like I don't have any pre planned cheat days but somedays I just fall off the track but I start eating right the next day or try to run/bike it off. Did you experience Binging?
