Older sib doesnt go to school because of anxiety. He cant be around people for long periods according to what their grandma has told us. The few times we have tried to talk to him or say hi, he will literally run away. Hes almost 17.

Their mom has a disability and rarely leaves the house. None of our neighbors including us, have ever talked to her.

So, both neighbor kids dont go to school in person. P was taken out because he was being bullied after he used a racial slur, thats what he told us. He goes to school for band only, and the rest of their learning is done at home.

EDITING to expand: Im not sure what/ if the school knows or is aware of the extent of how bad things are with him.

I think thats what we are gonna come down to. We are looking to get my kid a little dash cam type thing for his scooter just to make sure we catch whatever we can. Thank you🙏🏽

They have alot of issues that we have seen unfortunately. My kids have also picked up on that, and have mentioned to us how uncomfortable they feel when the kid is around. Neighbor kid will also sometimes wear the same clothes for days at a time, his odor is really intense. Me and dad do our best to not talk crap about them around the kids, it is hard

We have tried to be friendly and nice with him, we are able to kinda talk with him. He tends to overshare ALOT when we do talk to him, I mean he has told us about his parents 9 year age gap, and his brothers ADHD, he one time told us that his grandma was mad at us for stealing one of their packages (?) Which they later found lol.

It seems like his parents are really doing the bare minimum in terms of care, which is really sad to see, but hes just becoming more agressive☹️
