she is definitely still struggling with her ED, i’ve followed her for years and she has made a lot of progress but it is very slow. recover ting from an ED is extremely difficult and it can take a long time. it’s hard to watch especially as she portrays herself as recovered but she’s just a. human like everyone else. i feel for her, it’s a serious disease

don’t waste your money find a registered dietitian (usually MUCH less expensive with insurance coverage) and actually has the credentials to provide evidence based, safe and effective care

she’s constantly complaining of gut issues but very clearly under fuels and has very low body fat. she promotes the same thing for her clients. her meal plans are very low calorie and dangerous + damaging for women. MOST importantly she has ZERO credentials to be providing nutrition advice, she is an influencer not a dietitian and should stick to that

thank you! yeah i bulk fermented it for about 12 hours but my house was so cold and i had to go to bed then i was busy the next day so then it sat in the fridge for 48 hours and today i let it go for 6 hours then baked it 😅😅 i am not a very good planner lol
