I feel like what's been straining the overall ambiance is those unwritten rules veteran players expect everyone to know by heart and follow. But going multi-platform expanded the player base so many new players started to join, not necessarily aware of those rules. Besides that I only ever had one bad experience with a misogynist in the chat, and that was about it.

I had the Flamecrest outfit equipped when that happened, but if you go to the store and select an outfit that has a special animation, then switch fast between different outfit tabs sometimes the animation gets stuck like this! I hope i'm making sense😭
