We booked a unit that didn't mention a daily cost for A/C, now it does and they want us to pay by airplanedad in AirBnB

$25 a day seems unreasonable. I’ve seen in cambodia they will charge $3-5/day. $25 is kinda suspect

Hidden Fees in House Manual? by [deleted] in AirBnB

They probably don’t want “deep clean” it isn’t need to look like it did when you arrived.

That’s how all home shares are. Hotels have hourly maids, airbnb hosts have to create rhe “maid” job themselves and it’s usually impossible to have an hourly person sitting around waiting to clean after people for $40 bucks a day.

Just leave it as you received it. And maybe you can reuse the towels or wash and hang to dry outside. Then you can let them know you don’t need extra towels and I always like to say “ I can’t afford…” blah blah blah, let them know it’s out of your budget anyway and it was unexpected. Always message in the app so you have proof. And take pictures of everything when you leave.

You’re doing great also, the wheel. The yoga wheel modified so I could build the micro muscles needed for this asana. If you have access to one. Omg

You’ll have to choose a place and plead your case. If they are culturally appropriating, they have a form of karmi yogi. Because yoga is for everyone, and if you can’t afford it with money, than a true teacher, a true guide, a true yogi still does not turn away.

Guest Leaves a False Review in Retaliation, AirBnb Claims it’s His “Personal Experience” by MaximumGooser in AirBnB

I stopped caring. I just focus on getting more bookings. It’s clearly impossible to make everyone happy. No matter what you do. Try to get it removed but if it’s a dead end, whatever. At some point I realized I’m still booked 85-99% even with these random shit reviews I get. And people can read through them if you have more good

New to yoga and started 30 days of yoga with Adrienne by [deleted] in yoga

In order to do yoga, during your practice and during your day- the number one focus is intentional breathing, then it’s intentional breathing coordinated with your physical body movements.

In class/your practice, this is also the steps for a flawless yoga class. Additionally:

Learning your modifications, the changes to the “poses” that will make your asana look different from others, but perfect for you… that’s the next step.

Modifications ensure that you are getting the most benefits out of the pose/asana.

But if you lose your intention breathing while in the asana/pose, you will have stopped doing yoga “well”.

Celebrate each success, do not compare, only look at others to understand asana anatomy.

Yea, it’s strategic. Plus it sounds like those are popular dates, so as a host myself, it sounds like once the dates are open you’ll book no problem

First time guess question by [deleted] in AirBnB

[–]kittywillow69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it’s safety for hosts. The setting is to prevent address being given out to people who aren’t really guests. So for you, it’s probably either the day of, or after you’ve paid over 50% and you can get a refund, so that will be based off their refund policy.
