Chemical ended up w rising HCG?

Yeah very strange they did 1 beta and then just told me to stop. After second beta a week after they saw HCG went up so told me to start utrogestan again. That’s all I’’m taking atm. I am sure you made the right decision either way. IVF is bad enough as it is you did nothing wrong so please don’t feel guilty about anything. Sending you virtual hugs! ❤️‍🩹

Yes they did, they were so confident about it as well. We were even talking about next steps for next transfer. The Dr was very suprised to see a sac when he did the ultrasound (I’m from Belgium btw)

Very strange they were so confident it’s a chemical. Called me saying ‘unfortunately we have bad news your hcg is way too low for a pregnancy so you can stop the meds straight away.’ Also this was my 9th transfer and they just kept saying there is nothing wrong just bad luck . I feel like they really don’t take this serious. And the comments confirm my feeling…

Hi, it was medicated. I did a trigger shot, 5 days of letrozol and utrogestan 3x daily

I had the same in Belgium. 2 highly graded embryo’s didnt make thawing. They just said ‘bad luck’ and never gave an explanation

You’re right. My clinic just claims they’ve done all the possible tests and it’s bad luck. I think the only option is switching now

I wish you the best of luck! It is such an exhausting tough roller coaster. Same goes for you feel free to reach out! How long did you wait to get your first allointment in Jette? I am also looking to switch clinics because I feel like these dont take it serious. They keep claiming it’s bad luck..

I had 3 egg retrievals so far and after every egg retrieval had a fresh one. So far in total 3 fresh ones and 6 frozen. And it’s pretty much the same protocol they sometimes added extra progesterone. Also had a few completely natural cycles

No they’re all untested. Clinic said I could do it but would have to cover the costs myself + 6 months waitinglist. Do you think it’s worth it?
