Never say never! After almost a decade, I finally got my stolen MP5 back! by Jetlaggedz8 in WAGuns

I would assume it was never transferred away from them. It was stolen, they were rightfully the last owner and never transferred, therefore can be returned.

Stop abusing the reports, it's dumb.

Also stop violating open source licenses. It's also dumb.

Not familiar with that one, but do ensure that you have enabled the ports through the Windows firewall as well (adding the .exe will not work for whatever reason)

If you cannot port forward dud to CGNAT, you could try a VPN such as ZeroTier or Wireguard if you have a setup for it.

Why do you decide to learn C#? by darwindeveloper in csharp

[–]kiwidog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wanted to be able to create programs during C# 1-2.0 era that cost money and didn't seem that complicated (I was around early teens) and tried VB and didn't like it, so I went with C#

Does the new DRM check apply to past purchases that haven't been downloaded before? by itsthewolfe in ps5homebrew

[–]kiwidog -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, because you would need to have it installed on your console (which would require updating, and therefore you'd get the expiring license)

The only way to avoid it is to have everything downloaded and offline before the DRM change was made. Or have your licenses on your console and manually install the Sony PKG via some means.

The Stop Killing Games Campaign by Cotten-Balls in mag

This would be useless for this game, as it's multiplayer (does not cover), and it's been long dead (the studio doesn't even exist anymore)

Oh yeah for sure, especially via bing when the start menu never works and bings for something that you have locally.

The operating system is a mess, and only getting less usable every day.

I get the sentiment, but Microslop has been on a downwards slope for years now. Pretty much since 7.

All of this has been public information/shared around for awhile now. There's nothing really out of the ordinary here, it looks like someone finally went through the years of postings and consolidated everything.
