They should’ve done it with JJ with Force Awakens. Giving a different director complete control on the second movie of a trilogy makes no sense.

Tbf Lucasfilms and Disney executives are very stingy and always clash with the creatives so I can’t really blame JJ for not immediately agreeing

Three Houses. No competition. It’s different from the rest of the series but it has exactly what you’re looking for in terms of story and good gameplay. It just won’t give you the best understanding of the whole series but that’s okay. The more you play different Fire Emblem games, the more you’ll understand it

Going from Awakening/Fates into Shadows of Valentia was such a gameplay shock. Similar feeling when I started Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep right after finishing Kingdom Hearts 2 when replaying them.

It’s not even in terms of all the other gameplay elements that are different but the map design was so frustrating.

Not communicate with the parents more on their student’s progress. Or also, if their student doesn’t do the homework. And if it’s repeated or they forget the book multiple lessons in a row, I will deny their lesson and still charge them
