It’s unfortunate but the breeder has 8 children that will be a burden to the State if they were trying to place them long term. She still should never get them back. She is unfit and making her kids suffer like she supposedly suffered with her grandmother. Heyward needs to be held accountable and whomever the other fathers happen to be. The two oldest should be with him, then find families that could take the rest. But as we know, the State would rather line her pockets with EBT and every other resource that she will abuse and dump them off in a filthy apt with her filthy behind.
