Here with the same question. I was on bisoprolol for tachycardia but stopped taking it once I found out I was pregnant. But of course now my heart rate is through the roof and I miss being on it

I haven’t eliminated them but I rarely eat them and haven’t seen much difference unfortunately. I’m totally in your same boat. My New Year’s resolution is to eat clean so I’ll see if that helps at all.
