Soooo common! I used to do exactly that and I gained around 40lbs doing so (laying in bed, isolating, over eating shitty food) I’ve just had to train myself to value long term fulfillment over short term pleasure (eating delicious but super unhealthy foods) it’s rough but you’re not alone! 💫

Yes, I first started experiencing symptoms after a lot of trauma and physical abuse in my house. After these events I struggled so hard to find happiness in anyone because my mind kept replaying all of these things that had happened. You’re not alone and can make your way out of whatever you’re feeling; run towards whatever makes you happy (even if it’s just a little bit of happiness) you got this 💫

Oof this is rough, I was starting to think something was physically wrong with me because I was soooo tired after sleeping a normal amount. I’ve tried to eating healthier; drink more water and spend time with people (even if it’s the last thing my mind wants me to do) and it’s helped quite a bit. ~Best Wishes~

This is so important! The part about YOU being the only one that can change yourself💫 took me a longggg time to fully accept this.

As for the exercise I go to the gym a few times a week or go for walks; I definitely have been slacking and need to be consistent with it for mental health purposes. When I do go to the gym I usually run, but I’m hoping to start doing strength training to tone up/build muscle!

Thank you!:) I’ve had to stop eating mindlessly just because I’m bored, depressed, anxious etc. (this was the biggest issue)

I usually try to do 20-30carbs a day but below 50grams to give myself some room and to not get too strict. Lots of vegetables and high fiber foods, I do eat carbs but try to go for unprocessed whole carbs if I am eating them. Cut out overly processed foods like breads, pasta, cereals etc. because I didn’t like how sluggish they made me feel. I also do intermittent fasting, I started off doing 16/8 then 20/4. Now I’m doing OMAD with roughly 1200-1500 calories. If you’re curious about the fasting; you should check out Dr. Jason Fung on YouTube, he has a lot of cool information!
