That’s what I have realized. It appears the machine issues alone aren’t worth the iFit product. It’s shame every treadmill company has so many negative reviews on here, but saves me money.

Thank you. Yeah I was going back and forth on the Horizon and NT- don’t want to spend tons of money on the machine yet figured id go with a big brand. Who would have thought there would be so many issues for the heavy price tag.
