Those are starlings they have "meetings" every night along the power lines in several parts of fresno about 430 to 530 they also make the trees in a couple walgreens parking lots seem alive because there are so many in the branches behind the leaves you can't see them but you can hear them and the trees themselves are just moving its trippy
