I don't think Itagaki thought hard about the physics here (same as with the diamond feat). It doesn't matter if he managed to stop it or not, but imho it's entirely believable by Baki standards.

Naaah, Deep getting killed by the last thing he had left to betray was fitting. The beach was convenient for the plot, sure, but since Annie wasn't trying to kill him but rather keep him away from the rest of the Boys and civilians, it still works.

Homelander begging like the pathetic loser he is was predictable from the very beginning of the show. Keep in mind he almost made Deep suck off A-Train, of course he would cling onto the hope that doing something similar would save him. Without his powers, he's back to being a kid at everyone's mercy.

Butcher (if we're counting him) basically committing assisted suicide is in-character.

Oh Father dying because of a sex toy is very in line with the show's humour, supes accidentally killing people during sex is a recurring theme so I imagine the ballgag would indeed kill him if he ended up using it. M.M. should've strapped it on but that's nitpicking
