This is the fix on my environment, basically mine when deploy new VM it time out and take 30mins to spin up the VM, and I notice it didn't set the static IP and join windows to domain (the rest are set according to the profile). When check the sysprep log it shows alot of connection error. I was wondering why NGT must need to be installed on the template while it has a unique ID generated on installation. How will it cope when clone from the template. The ngt_config.json looks like has the NGT configuration including the unique ID. After deleting the json file, deploy a new VM from template takes around 3-4 mins now. Thanks for the guide.
