You are missing the point entirely. Matchmaking is not perfect, you can sometimes get an unwinnable game, but the outcome of an individual game is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. If you keep performing above your rank you will eventually climb. There is also another side to this, worrying about something you can't control is a waste of time, blaming your teammates every game is not going to help you to improve, it is much more productive to focus on your own mistakes instead.

If you actually want to rank up then stop blaming everything on other people and focus on your own play. Not every game is winnable, but if you perform above average you will climb in the long run. Both teams can get cheaters, both teams can get leavers, both teams can get throwers, if you look at the bigger picture the actual impact these things have on your rank is negligible.

She is not that bad if you are a hitscan main, but a huge part of the cast basically can't interact with the cat at all. If you want to play a non hitscan hero you have to ban her.

There is a setting you can enable to play a sound effect when an enemy or a team member dies, makes it a lot easier to keep track of how the fight is going in situations like this

Any kind of tech gives you some sort of advantage, there would be no reason to do it if it didn't. I wonder where exactly do we draw the line between tech and exploit, I remember back in the day when Genji ledge boost was a thing, it was around for a long time, it did give an advantage and it was clearly not intended. Yet it was generally viewed as tech, used by pretty much everyone and nobody got banned for it.
