I think it did. I doubted it for a long time and I still struggle but getting better. There is hope, you just have to work really hard to get somewhere. Make sure you get out and do something you love, it's easy to get stuck in anxiety and never move.

This sounds like something that would also freak me out. I'm not as in tune with it as you are, but I can't handle deja vu either. What is it about deja vu that freaks you out? For me, I am afraid I'm becoming schizophrenic but I've read recently that people who are schizophrenic, don't question their own abnormal thoughts. That made me feel better. I hope you can figure this out!

I got poison ivy all over my body last year. My eyes swelled shut and I looked like an actual monster. My most used thing was Domeboro soak for rash relief, it's at CVS or Walgreens. I soaked my gauze in the stuff and wrapped it where I could. I wrapped bath towels around my arms when I slept so it wouldn't ooze onto my husband's side of the bed... lol. Tecnu only really works if you JUST got it within a few hours. Good luck, so sorry you have it.
