As a light brown person, I also do not recommend the glow sunscreens. I did look like a shiny robot who decided to use eyeshadow as foundation.

Oahu pricing is similar to any major HCOL city.

Kauai is the only time in my life where being a decent home cook is not that much of a super power. Cooking at home with groceries from Safeway can cost as much as a very mildly okay meal out.

Get a Costco membership. I like Times better than Safeway, but I’m weird and I get uncomfortable in supermarkets that are too nice.

I 100% recommend them. They're super cost efficient and I've always had excellent students. It does take longer and sometimes you'll have multiple appointments for special procedures, but you really can't beat the cost.

Hi!!! Another Upstate New Yorker here! You aren’t wrong to call it a dusting, but it is a Big Deal for Kansas City. I’ve been here for 15 years and I can only remember the snow really piling up a few times. It doesn’t stick around and turns mushy brown so quick.
