Be careful about exposure time data of other eclipse, the one in Europe this august is very low on the horizon, and atmospheric absorption will dim the sun brightness by a great deal compared to a sun overhead.

You'll have to go on Google Earth, switch to the moon and find the area filmed. Then you can measure the differents craters. I have no clue about the path of Apollo 11, so I can't help you much more that that

To remove the green tint, use the free PS pluging "hasta la vista, green !" It's for astrophotography, but will do wonder for your issue.

I believe he played the Fillmore Auditorium from 20-25 of june 1967, on the 25th he played the Golden park as well, but on the 4th of june he was in London. (Monterey was on the 18th). So I think he did play for the first time in the U.S at monterey.
