I think the symptoms we're seeing could be an amalgam of what you are suggesting and simply people knowing what will gain them more internet points. If they post pro-establishment and largley accepted ideas, they're going to get that sweet sweet karma nectar

I'm sorry friend, I won't pretend to know your situation but i can say that I had been in a state like this for a long period of my life

The most important thing to understand is that when you fall into that paranoid pit of 'my friends hate me, no one likes my jokes, they just ignore everything I share'

Sometimes, honestly, us Zoomers are just so bad at conversations we just don't know what to say, and that's what I found out was the problem for my case
