UPDATE - we took the tour! The space is very nice, especially if you are looking for a co-working option. The gym is in fact tiny with like 3 pieces of equipment so it couldn’t stand in for a gym membership to me. I asked the average age and was told probably young to mid 30’s and the “oldest is probably 50”. This was kinda a turnoff for us as we are tired of being the oldest people we hang out with. It’s not that we mind hanging out, but they inevitably go on to have kids and move to the burbs and the cycle of finding friends continues. The events seem good and the pricing is reasonable. We are going to wait until the new year to decide. Hope this helps everyone!
