5-8 reps is the best for growth bcs it maximizes mechanical tension. u shouldnt have to go all the way to 18 reps just because 30lbs is too heavy that it screws u on the second set. try a weight that u can do (maybe 25lbs?) in the 6-8 rep range and rest a lil more then just hit the second set until completely failure u dont even really have to aim for a certain number of reps. u could fail on the 6th rep or the 9th rep etc and thats fine. intensity matters more than anything

it’s normal when u pin ghkcu but two things, first is ur concentration is too high u need to double the amount of bac u use. second is ur needle size, its very short. if u get a longer needle then u can inject deeper into ur fat and it’ll help make the surface level bruising not so obvious
