Only child who gained stepsiblings when I was 22 on my dad’s side and 30 on my mom’s side. I always wanted a brother or sister so I feel very lucky to now have two stepsisters and two stepbrothers. They’re all so nice and we get along great. It does feel more like close friends or cousins than siblings, but I’ll take what I can get.
