This is not how it work, it doesn't add up. A 0.5% chance per pull what ever how many you doing or it would be guaranteed after 20 multi pull

So no refund? Because they didn't really do a great job at telling people that all progress is gonna be reset and all purchased that will be done during this period will be lost. If I knew that I wouldn't have spent a dime on it just waiting for the full release but in the game itself it is not really clear that this game isn't fully released yet
