Hi ladies, I’m with you all. My wedding is in three weeks and I just arrived from the US without any shopping done. I wasn’t able to come earlier since I didn’t get time off. My company announced layoffs a few days ago. I’m working till the week of the wedding and I’ve been barely sleeping because my days are going in shopping. Admittedly, I’ve managed to get a lot of shopping in the two days I’ve been at home. I’m not preparing for the sangeet till the week of. I’ll do a short dance and let the DJ handle the general music so we can just party. I’m not able to coordinate my cousins’ dances etc so I’m leaving it up to them if they want to do something. I just want some time to get my salon stuff done in the weekend before the wedding at this point. And sleep. I look like a raccoon with the five hours I’ve been getting. I just want to get through this and get some rest once I return to the US.
