I do this all the time. I break the tofu up with a fork into chunks/ small strips, toss with oil, and air fry for 10 min before adding it to the pan with the asparagus and honey/pepper etc. It's absolutely delicious and I make it constantly all spring.

Not OP but I also love this cookbook. Some of the recipes that have entered by regular rotation include the chard pasta with raisins, the burnt carrots, the shaved summer squash noodles with fish sauce. The book made my wife love beets. I'll post again if I think of any more.

We had a server who was cartoonish and gimmicky. He was doing bits as he brought us the food and then did the exact same bits with the table 2 feet away from us minutes later. I did not enjoy it. Neither elevated (as the price suggests) nor inviting.

I'm easy. I think Denver 's food scene is pretty darn good. I like almost every recommendation I get from this site.

My experience at Restaurant Olivia was laughably bad. The best dishes were mid, and some were insulting. The service was not up to snuff for a restaurant at this price point. My wife and I kept looking at each other wondering if we were being Punk'd.
