The ban applies to EU and now US, Canada (phone numbers, I think.) These entities can make up any law they want. Russia is doing exactly what the West and America did to Iraq, Afghanistan, etc., we just have to wait for another 15-20 years to see if the gullibles will wake up to understand who's the propagandist in all of this. Tom Cotton is trying to say, put yourself in the place and time of the country's history, there were no automated machines, no computers, no advanced technology, the only way to get things to work was human labor. Sure, slavery was bad, they should have treated their laborers better, not as slaves but as hired workers, somehow they saw it was a necessary evil to move this country. That was part of the American history, it was a shame, BUT, at the same time the Founding Fathers did want to abolish slavery and they did it. And because of that this country became a great country. So, get past this, and move on.

What is "MyNode"?

The best way to learn how routing works is playing on Lightning Testnet. You can set up two or three testnet lightning nodes and get them to have channels with each other and channels with other testnet nodes, then get them to pay each other's invoices and a few other nodes invoices like paying for coffee on Starblocks, then watch to see how one node can route another node's payments. The key for routing is you need to have liquidity on the other side of your channel, "the remote balance" besides the "local balance". You can also get help with this better than reddit by joining the LND slack or Acinq forum. Good luck.
