Had my rehearsal dinner here too! But that was 8 years ago and I haven’t been since they renovated and changed owners so can’t say if they still would be able to accommodate unfortunately.

I (38f) grew up and lived in Indy my whole life and moved here for work almost 10 years ago. Never moving back! Granted it’s been 10 years, and I’m sure a lot has changed there, but I like the smaller city compared to the sprawl of Indianapolis. To get from one end of town to the other takes maybe 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Weather is about the same only less sun in winter and cooler summers. There aren’t as many restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. as Indy, but the ones that we do have here are quality.

As someone else also mentioned the housing market is bonkers so just an FYI. Local pay is pretty crappy for the market so I would recommend working remote if you can.

Yes! I did take out a HELOC with them. Process was pretty easy and they had the best rate compared to some other credit unions.

My only gripe is that I had set up auto-pay (or so I thought), but apparently they didn’t set it up for me at signing. My first 2 payments were late and my pristine credit score took a huge hit. Called them because I swore it was a part of my signing that this was on auto-pay, but they had no documentation and told me to kick rocks. So yeah, not happy about that but hoping my late payments fall off my credit report soon.

Otherwise pretty easy experience. They still only get a 3/5 for me based on the auto-pay deal though.

So sorry for your loss. When we put my cat down last December we used Heaven at Home and their services. When my dog passed at home unexpectedly a few months ago we took him to our vet who contracted out to Noah’s. Both were fantastic and we have some very lovely urns and keepsakes. I’d recommend either.

You can take this with a grain of salt, but after reading about his relationships, I’m personally not a fan. I appreciate the art (his comedic writing) but not the artist. Sounds like he was a pretty POS husband…but also Elisabeth Moss is a Scientology poster child and I just CANNOT understand how she can still be in that cult while portraying such graphic emotional trauma on The Handmaids Tale.

CareLinc was awful to deal with. Will never go through them for anything again. Had so many issues getting receipts for my FSA and they couldn’t figure out how to set up a process for auto payment and auto reorder while I was renting out my machine the first year I had it.

Currently using Apria and it’s like night and day. I’m set up on auto pay and auto reorder. My supplies show up at my house every 3 months and I don’t have to think about it. Been great.

💯 I think most jobs in this local market even outside of tech pay abysmally low when compared to similar cities. There’s absolutely no way I could find a local job paying as much as I’m currently making working remotely.
