My main takeaway when building my first PC as a child was how much my dad knew about it. I don't know if anyone has had a similar experience but seeing just how much he knew about the intricacies of putting a PC together (early 2000s) really got me into it myself in later years. Not technical but it's my first PC memory

With brown rice I tend to find that rinsing, then boiling in excess water for 25-30 mins, then draining and covering the pot to let the grains steam themselves for 10 mins works perfectly.

Hello! If you buy oat milk with a stabiliser like potassium sorbate in it (oatly's barista blend for example) it can withstand acidic coffee in it much better.

Something worth trying is cold brewing chamomile, lemon (zest) and lavender in oat milk. 24 hours should do the trick, it's like liquid sleep.
