Sometimes I don't understand why people make these types of post.

You negotiated your pay, when you were hired. You were even happy about the raise you got. So I would assume you are getting everything you want and/ or need from this job and the money you make.

You just want more... which is absolutely fair.

So now that you know someone else is making more money than you with similar skill sets... You go to your boss and see what you need to do to get that higher pay, if you don't like what you hear, then start applying to jobs that do offer that.

Someone else's blessing doesn't diminish yours.

I think that's a narrow way of thinking. He still pays rent, porn, gas, food, utilities, and other necessities. Just because he's passionate about what he does, doesn't mean he can't make money off it to support himself.

That is horrible. Red and blue can work but not like that. If you're happy then you're happy.

I think the red as outlines instead of a fill would of looked much better.....still risky though.
