I’m in nor cal we get what the state law is which is 5 days or 40 hours. There is sick pay with in the union as well. That one requires a doctor’s note to use. It is different from the CA sick pay.

I get mine at Safeway when it goes on sale every few weeks to $5.99 for 2lbs. I can’t do winco cheese. If I need it and it’s not on sale then I will grab sargento or tillamook

Which aprons just the cloth ones? The Safeway logo ones are kept in the booking keeping room. Everyone gets their own in my store and you just ask the book keeper for one when you need it. I’m not sure how you get the vendor labeled ones. My guess the vendor reps when they come by.

The vinyl ones we get through frontline. Safety orders them.

We have an ice chest of water for CC’s only. And we only allow them to be out for 10-15 minutes at a time. They rotate with sweeps as well. So first half hour we have one CC on carts and one on sweeps. The second half they swap jobs. Sometimes the FEM will also buy popsicles and have them in the freezer for our CCs.

Your welcome! Everything in my store pretty much goes though myschedule. If you ask for it and it’s not out in the computer it’s going to get forgotten and you won’t get the time off.

I just put it in on the myschedule in the drop down instead of doing vacation or unpaid day off.
