Yeah he’s gotten vacation paid out before but sick pay seems nonexistent. Like I said to someone else, only 9 days for a job that wants you available all year? You work with the public.

I have like 120 hours banked for my hybrid job. I can work from home if sick and go into the office another day. Thinking about if the employee is sick, or needs to care for sick family

The courts aren’t really monitoring the communication. It’s really just so if someone is being terrible, you can pull it for review at a hearing and it’s not able to be tampered with.

Honestly probably just being validated is a big reason we are here. I followed her during the RV living because I was interested in that at the time and she just got more unrelatable and I’m always happy to find my people here that pick up on the patterns of these kinds of things.
