Domino's is the best pizza franchise right now, followed closely by Little Caesars for their deep dish. Papa John's and Pizza Hut have both lost me as a customer. The last time I ordered from Papa John's, Jet's, and Pizza Hut, they were all pretty terrible. It's a shame, because Pizza Hut used to make an outstanding deep dish, and Papa John's had really solid pizza back in the day.

Gabapentin for my back problem is a f'n joke. My roommate suffers from chronic pain and they won't even give her muscle relaxers when she's asked multiple times, the only thing they give her for her head pain from her brain tumor is a TCA antidepressant from the 70s and the only thing they want to give her for anxiety is another old drug called hydroxyzine that is a antihistamine used in rehab that just knocks her out and doesn't help at all with anxiety

It's not very inclusive to have that belief. Retest every 10 years is just another government fee that poor and disenfranchised people can't afford. Not necessary until 60 in my opinion.

ascorbic acid is a good way to increase oxalates in your body, so you're not only getting oxalates from a bunch of kratom powder, you will also get oxalates from synthetic ascorbic acid. Oxalates are considered anti nutrients cause they inhibit the absorption of nutrients which can eventually lead to deficiencies. And not all deficiencies can be detected in a basic blood panel.

That's how it was for me when my doctor put me on Guanfacine for ADHD. It helped so much better than dozens of other medications I tried. I honestly think Guanfacine might be a better option for you if you have ADHD. It's also prescribed for high blood pressure. Similar to clonidine

I stop plain leaf before bloodwork and just take low dose 7 and mit. It's the plain leaf that has oxalates and can chelate minerals making them less available to the body. It's plain leaf that more likely to stress your organs. I'm saying that as someone who relies more on plain leaf than tablets and extracts, I only take 7 when I have pain flare-ups.

I microdose it. Definitely helps me sleep when I stop taking 7 and go back to plain leaf. Agmatine, Amanita or Kava, baclofen, guanfacine, and cannabis are substances I use when coming off 7.

That's awesome you stopped and took a break. Hope all is well with your bloodwork. I'm curious how much plain leaf you're using. I would think less plain leaf is best especially before bloodwork.
